Wilted Lettuce Salad
One head torn leaf lettuce
¼ c. sliced green onion
3 slices bacon
2 TBS Downing’s Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Place lettuce and green onions in a bowl. Cook bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble bacon and set aside. Stir vinegar, sugar and salt into drippings. Heat to boiling, remove from heat. Pour over lettuce and onions, toss until coated. Serve and enjoy immediately.
