Strawberry and goat cheese green salad with Kentucky salad dressing

Makes 4 servings
The recipe is really just for the dressing, which goes over a green salad (preferably arugula, but spinach is wonderful too!) topped with sliced or quartered fresh strawberries and crumbled goat cheese (from Ripshin Farm!)

    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4-1/2 cup sugar to taste
    1/2 tablespoon minced onions
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (I use sesame oil instead)
    1 tablespoon poppy seeds
    Dash worcestershire sauce (optional)

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until homogenized.  Serve over arugula or spinach topped with sliced strawberries and crumbled goat cheese.
