Farmer’s Favorite Fennel Salad

-One fennel bulb (reserve some leaves)

-olive oil

-half a lemon

-salt

-shaved parmesan cheese

Slice fennel as thinly as possible, set in bowl.  Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, & salt and toss together.  Top with thin shavings of parmesan cheese & fennel leaves.
